Caroline is an humanistic-integrative supervisor whose style incorporates a range of supervision and counselling/psychotherapy models and approaches. She places great value in the quality of the supervisory relationship and so aims to provide a supportive environment in supervision, a collaborative relationship and a safe, reflective space so that supervisees feel able to explore both personal and professional development issues that are relevant to their client work.
